"I got stuck at the IAD long-term parking lot and received the best service I could have asked for. What started as a simple dead battery replacement turned into a more complicated situation when we discovered that my car door lock had been damaged--likely by another parked car--so I couldn't even use my key to get in. Ahmed (apologies if I spelled that wrong!) worked his magic and got the car unlocked within minutes. Once we got it started, he was concerned it might be an alternator issue as well, so he took me to a local shop--free of charge--just to be sure.
